Didn’t have a loaner car ready when we arrived and the dirty filter was left in the car after paying 1600 for a service. Very unprofessional and very disappointed with Land Rover.

Cody and the Arrowhead JLR techs identified the problem and confirmed the solution recommended by the JLR CSC techs to fix the failed audio system in my 2021 XF. The Arrowhead techs also confirmed a failing main battery and replaced it under warranty during this service visit.
The XF is performing perfectly now and all is good.
