Your service goes above and beyond. Service knew we were traveling 3.5 hrs to you just for service and proactively offered us a loaner so we didn’t have to sit for hours waiting! Impressed!

The service people are very nice however they seem to always be incredibly stressed out. It takes a long time for anyone to get back to me with any answers on both Service experiences. I’ve had one department doesn’t seem to know what the other one is doing. this is not what the sales person told me would happen when I bought the car. The concierge service was supposed to be seamless and easy.

Allen is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He delivers what he promises. His staff were punctual and took care of my car without issues. From someone who drives across the desert regularly, peace of mind is very important.

I would recommend the dealership overall. However, I would not recommend Cody. I was called to bring in my vehicle to complete a service that was not done at the last visit per company audit. Cody is not great at communicating, at this visit or previous visits. My windshield was broken while in the dealerships possession and no one can tell me how it happened. I was initially asked by Cody to go through my insurance to repair. I was then told that it would be repaired. I was told that my car was ready for pickup and when I arrived, the window was not repaired. The dealership still has my vehicle. A two hour visit has turned into nearly two weeks of the dealership having my car. I would recommend the dealership because Josh has jumped in for the third time, and taken over to rectify the issues. Josh gets a gold star.
