Allen was super attentive to my needs and concerns as to the battery that was replaced! Darcy got the scheduled appointment and the video inspection is a great service perk. Could not asked for more exemplary service from the whole organization to include responding to an inquiry way outside business hours. The whole matter was handled really impressively.

It’s wrong to charge your client credit card fees. You are selling expensive cars and the least you can do is take cards as they come and not charge your patron for it. Or if you do, baked it into the cost so we are not seeing it. But the way it’s working right now feel like nickel and diming your patron.

Michael was excellent and truly has the customers best interest in heart. His communication was excellent and he was always responsive. Haven't had customer service like this in a long time and I'm glad people like him are still out there.
