Edward’s service is always top tier. He’s very helpful making sure he made sure I was taken care of. There was an issue with my paperwork and he immediately called and got it squared away. I left knowing things I needed to have done on my car so that I wasn’t left surprised and also left with a nice clean car. Thankful for his work and how prompt and organized he was.

Chris was amazing. This was my 3 time working with me. And every time he’s nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and always helps me with good prices. One time he was able to get a part fixed under warranty. I will continue to work with Chris as long as he’s working there.
Horrible customer service. Arturo took over 2.5 hours to return my phone call. I was told car would be ready in 30 minutes by another representative when technicians had not even started on my car. Dropped off car at 10:30 and it was not ready till 5 hours later, ridiculous. I avoided buying my car from Fox Lexus and now I will avoid ever coming to its service department again. Taking my business elsewhere to avoid dealing with this incompetent business.
