FYI, I don’t want to be contacted by the service rep. I don’t think it’s right that you get contacted by the person who gave you a bad service.
I got there and waited outside his office after the last customer left. It was windy and it was cold. I had to ask if I could stay in his office because of the weather. When he finally got around to handling my service, he merely handed me a paper with the estimated amount of $737. This is a standard 20k maintenance. At the very least, tell me why I have to spend that much money. I informed him that I thought I just needed an oil change and that I have a lifetime free oil changes. I asked what came with that and if that includes a 15-point inspection and he said no. Then he added that he did not see that on my file. Not once did he face me during this entire conversation. When I finally got my report, it said that I passed the inspection. Since my service advisor said that the inspection
Is not part of the free oil change, how can I trust the accuracy of the said report. I had to see my own mechanic after I left the dealership so they could check my car.

Waited 1 hour after being told the car was ready. They couldn’t pull up my rewards, I was told 10 more minutes as the car was in the wash and after an additonal 30 minutes was told again that it was in the wash. I do not think I will return for service as the cost is high and customer service has declined.
