I had a coupon for a $90 oil change. I called, told them I had the coupon, took my car in and was told coupon invalid. My car is an A6. Coupon was A4.
The worst part is I had to wait 2.5 hours for my oil change. I had an appointment. Super disappointed this time. I did meet a wonderful new friend there. Johnny D. Apparently he is super satisfied. He buys Audis there a lot. ????

The car was at the dealership for 2 full days for service and no loaner car was made available. In addition, the breaks that were repaired are not functioning properly, so we’re going to have to bring it back. Supposedly the car was washed, but the rims were dirty and the body was smudged. I would expect much better service, considering we just spent about half what the car is worth to repair it.
