While we spend a fair amount on repairs- this last one was a doozy - I feel that Manny takes really good care of us, his customers. Customer service is a big reason why we remain loyal to brands, stores, etc., and Audi has a winner with Manny.

Sidney did a great job handling our service issues. The job took a little longer than expected but Sidney communicated well and kept us informed consistently. He handled our needs with a courtesy rental which we SO MUCH APPRECIATED. Thank you for the great service

I am highly upset here. I picked up my car after having it serviced and the drivers side floor was covered in dirt!! What the Hell!!
I’d just had my car cleaned on Sunday and haven’t driven it til the day I dropped it off for service!! This is not cool..
I take enormous pride in my vehicles and this is just very disappointing. I feel very disrespected as a customer. After strictly working with Mercedes dealers for the past 20 years, this was my first experience with Audi and this was honestly a very unacceptable service.
I’m sorry and I don’t mean to be negative here but I was very upsetting.

Great job on the Audi Q5. It was done in the matter of time that they told me that it would get done. They offered me a loan car or take me somewhere and drop me off. Pick me up. Great customer service thank you.
