At first I was told that the problem was our fault and it would not be covered. Later we were told that it wouldn’t be covered, but only after we argued about it.
As much money as we spent on our audit and covered service, I think it is petty to request us to pay a fee to use our credit card. Even the vegetable stand around the corner does not charge fees.

I did not service the car as they could not provide with a loaner or get a lift back. I am scheduled for this Saturday.

Repair of rear suspension didn’t work although I was charged more than 3000 dollars. I called service and repairing mechanic said he test drove my car ( while it was cold when crunch can only be heard ) and the mechanic said the abnormal suspension noise was definitely fixed. I picked up the car on satire morning and the noise was unchanged.
