Brady displayed exceptional customer service during my service experience. He got me ride to a from where I needed to go while my crowds being serviced. He kept me posted on what was going on with my vehicle throughout the service process. Job well done!

The person lied to me saying my vehicle would be done before Friday and it was not. When I told him I would pick the vehicle up because I was on military duty on the weekend then be leaving out of state for work he said if I left it it would be done and I could pick it up on Saturday. No one contacted me and when I called at noon on Saturday no one was there per the dealership personnel. So I then was without a vehicle for approximately 2 and a half weeks. Stephanio then offered if I paid that someone could drop the vehicle at my house and I guess leave the keys somewhere after I paid and didn't see the vehicle. After I got back from out of state using multiple Ubers when I picked up my vehicle my AC that was working full strength was now completely not working. I have never had an AC go out on a vehicle instantly before and was irritated because I had just done a 40k check up on the car. I don't want to ever work with Stephanie again especially since service for Audi is usually expensive. Poor customer service.

Tony always looks out, last second donut throw on and tire order for the new one. All done in an hour with a 30 minute notice upon arrival. Always appreciated.
