When I called about the service I was told one price ($600-$700), when I dropped off my vehicle I was told another price ($770) and when I picked up my vehicle it was a completely different amount ($879.01). That is a big difference in the price that I was told initially and when I ask why the difference, I was told that there are shop fees and other fees. I was under the impression with the 2nd amount that I was given that it was the total price. Need to have better communication with clients - clearer communication. And I had to request to have my clock and date set. For that kind of money, I shouldn't have to ask to have my clock and date set due to my battery being replaced. And my vehicle was just in a few weeks prior to this visit for a switch to be replaced in a factory warranty and I was given a list of items that were suggested to be completed for $1900.00 but they didn't find my battery that needed to be replaced? Seems a bit odd. Especially when I have had all that they recommended doing completed before taking an end to the service department. And we didn't even get a complimentary car wash.

Excellent customer service

Happy to explain over the phone. Everyone was respectful and gave me ample attention. I was just disappointed in poor communication - was told it would take 90 minutes. It took around 4 hours. Other than that, everyone was great and I will come back. Thank you.
