The valet service as per my contract was not honored in the spirit it was intended. Tony is a good man, who did a good job.
I Will never buy an Audi again
In fact, I am planning to sell this car so I don't have to deal with poor service. I spent over two hours on the phone to get my service scheduled.
If Audi wants to compete with Mercedes or BMW, they have to honor the service promise. I am done with Audi.

Based on our experience with serving our two current Audi’s we are absolutely considering buying a new Audi from Audi of Monterey. With two kids in college we need to keep our current Audi’s going a little longer but once one graduates it should be time for a new E-tron

5 stars for Manny, Anthony, Nick for giving great customer service they to above and beyond to ensure that customer service is provided from their listening skills, understanding customer needs or requests, to ma'am not sure customer understanding is clear. And customer satisfaction is goal accomplished

The service department did a good job reminding me of the service due date approaching and got me scheduled promptly. Manny then took care of the car and got me on my way. Thanks to all involved. The only negative comment is the lead time required (a month or more) to get a loaner for a service.

Everyone was great but the codes that came up are still coming up after it was checked and determines nothing was wrong. There is a problem somewhere maybe with the computer itself. I’m on my way to Nashville on Thursday and I’m very concerned. The codes for Hill Hold and ABS plus another one that I am not sure of. I tried to get pictures but the only one I could get was Hill Hold.
