Though they were able to get the dead mouse out of my car. They did Not do what they needed to do to get the sent out. Usually, you all do such a great job. But this time I was very disappointed and ultimately went and had my car detailed on my own. They should’ve bombed the car with the odor ending process that they said they would do

Disgraceful. My car brake need ed be fixed. Audi said is not covered under warranty. I had to $1300 . I am paying warranty each month to be covered. You say it's not covered. This is stupid. In all my years this is a first for me. I'm going to let the public know how Audi has failed in this situation.

Stefano was a gentleman. He was very friendly and welcoming. He explained everything and was patient while I spoke with my husband in regards to additional services. I didn’t realize how long this maintenance appointment would be and he got me a car, so I could go shopping in the area. He helped me with my bags and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. He also shared a few recommendations for windshield replacement and tinting companies.

I wish there were more food options for those of us who need to wait for their car as we drove to Lakeland to give you the business. Something like donuts, health food bars and ice cream bars would be appreciated.

I'm very excited and glad you've added Brad to your service team. I bought the car at Winter Haven Alfa in 2019, and got the car serviced there regularly. So happy to continue to let Brad take care of it. I drive from Orlando and totally worth it to get great friendly service. Welcome back Brad!
