I called over eight times to be sent to a generic voicemail. While I totally understand the manpower shortage due to our unfortunate circumstances with the pandemic. It would have been nice to get some feedback prior to my vehicle being completed. Christian was extremely courteous I just believe he may be a bit overwhelmed which made my experience subpar.

Please call my cell phone number: ****-****-xxxx on Monday morning. I would like to come in to the dealership and meet with management ASAP. I have never experienced worse customer service from a service provider in my life! I called brian/Scott Robinson for weeks and never got a return call. I didn’t know what was happening to my car for weeks on end.

I was unable to have my jeeps oil changed due to the unprofessional customer service I was provided by Betzy. I arrived at 9am and asked Estimated time on the wait time. She said 1 hr. Or 1hr 30 min at the latest I am completely understanding at this being inaccurate at times. After two hrs, I went to check status as I pick up my son at 1230. At 1140 my car has yet to be worked on. Not once did I receive a courtesy call letting me know time has gone over the estimated time and I had actually walked right by her since I was waiting waiting on premises and still no communication on her part . After moving I decided to go with the torrance location instead of downey for my new lease. Unfortunately it was not an good experience at this location and I would not recommend to anyone.

I never spoke to Betzy Sanchez. The other guy I spoke with made no indication that I’d be waiting over 4 hours for AN OIL CHANGE. I’ll never come back.

Took my vehicle for service . Did not preform service that was stated on the RO . Vehicle came back with CEL . Undeliverable, vehicle had to be towed back. Also little to no communication between service writer.

I have come in with the same problem 3 times and it still has not been fixed. I have put less that 7000 miles on the car and it's burned so much oil that has been refilled at least twice.

I brought in my brand new charger for tire rotations since when I did the oil change last time they advise that my back tires were getting low. I am aware that when my car is serviced at the dealer a multi point inspection is performed. When I got my car back I saw the invoice saying that there was a multi point inspection performed but the information sheet was blank when I asked the customer service representative she told me that the system does it automatically and that they did not perform a multi point inspection. I believe that is false advertisement and also a disservice to the customer since this is my home dealership and I care about the well-being of my car. I was told that every time my car is serviced I am entitled to a multi point inspection and none was performed this time. The customer service representative said that the inspection was not mandatory and that it was a free service. When I asked her that I would like to have it performed she told me that I would have to get back in the end of the line even though I had already been waiting for over an hour and a half for my vehicle . Also on my vehicle wheels where the Lugnuts go it is scratched which was not like that before. It is rather noticeable since I have black rims.

The wait is too long I do not have 3-4 hours to give away. I had to lyft to and from. You can't make an appointment there is no control of the traffic this is a time wasting process.

I brought in my car to a recall and they supposedly fixed it. Ever since I took it out the dealership my cars battery had gone out three times in one day I had to call tripped a for service. I hope someone can get in contact with me to solve the issue so I can get my car fixed.
