I needed my fan fixed because it comes on after driving for awhile and it’s very loud. I told Ceaser about this before I put it in the shop. The noise is still there and very loud. I will bring it back Monday the 24th of January.

The servicing of my car was completed in a timely manner.
My service advisor Christian has extremely poor communication service. He did not once call to tell me my car was ready. I had to call my self then he sent a message after I left a voicemail. Once I picked up my jeep ( he texted me at 5:20) I got to the dealership at 6 and I was told the dealership was closed. He did not once let me know what time I was able to pick up my car. It was very upsetting and frustrating.
Went to pick up my truck after it was serviced and it took 1 hour for me to get my truck. All service department went home . Someone from sales was kind enough to help me after they had left.
Look forward to the survey. The truck is running great. ????????????
Thank you for the excellent service, we trusted you to fix our Jeep that was broke down and towed to your location. We had it back within a few days and were updated by text and everything was fully covered by warranty. Really appreciate everything!
Love your customer service! Decided to come to Torrance because my previous experience with downtown jeep was horrible on multiple occasions. Thank you Torrance for being good to me.
Took way longer than expected
Was notified hours after drop off that a “part” was missing and had to keep the car there overnight. They gave no estimation of when it would be ready the next day, and did not get back to us after we called to inquire after waiting all morning and into the afternoon. We finally just went in to get the car and the “paperwork” took another 30 minutes to prepare. We just don’t have time in our busy days to not have our time managed more properly by your services.
I was without my vehicle for a week for the service department to diagnose and it was still was not fixed. I’m waiting on a replacement radio that I was told will take two weeks to come in.
The Service was excellent. I was very satisfied. Looking forward to coming back again. Thanks

I have not any service with you guys since early last year. I’m confused as to what vehicle you are now referring to?
I’ve been trying to make an appointment for about three weeks now. I was told I’d get a call and nothing. I even drove down on a Saturday to be seen only to be told I need an appointment after I had asked by phone. This is ridiculous.
